Plan you trip to Lofoten:

• Flight - Svolvær is the closest airport. Keep in mind that there are limited flight options to Lofoten. We encourage everyone to book their ticket as soon as possible. 

• Transport from airport from Svolvær airport to Henningsvær, and back 

  • ​Wednesday - organized transport for flights arriving prior to the seminar start.

  • Friday - organized transport back to the airport in the morning. 

  • Please mark transportation need when registering for the event. 

• Check-in accommodation - Coordinated with check-in to Lofotseminaret. 

• Attire - The only thing we can guarantee is weather of all kinds so dress for early summer on top of the world. There will be some walking between event space and accommodations, in addition to as part of organized activities.

• Wednesday - at 2:30pm and at 09:00am on Thursday.
